Catching The Full Vision
All Church Ministries has a strong desire and passion to facilitate change in the in our culture. With violence and poverty on the rise more and more people are also looking for hope from many different cultures and religions. As you and I know, Jesus is the way, he is their true hope, but how will those who are lost and searching ever know if we do not show them the way.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.Our passion is to see peoples lives transformed through the renewing of their mind. We want to help give people hope, the hope that is in Christ Jesus.
John 14:6
What is All Church Ministries and why do we do what we do?
All Church Ministries is a ministry who's primary objective is to help other churches grow. I suppose you could call us a church for churches. We have experienced individuals who will come into your church and help individual or all departments grow within their specific needs. As you have probably done yourself (I know I have), churches and groups love to go to conferences and seminars to learn more about effective ministry and how to advance their ministries. The only problem is that the people who are teaching don't have a clue about what is happening in your church at this very moment, not that they can't, they just haven't spent the time with you to find out. They give general bits of information without going into very many specifics and usually don't actually hit on the point you were hoping (usually because of time constraints). Am I casting these event down as though they are nothing? God forbid, no. These events are usually still helpful in their own way and do offer some good reminders in most cases. I have also learned that there is always something that could be gained from any situation I am placed in.

Although these events can be fun and somewhat informative, in my experience they usually do not serve to impact our services. As I saw the need and heard the cries of so many other ministers, God birthed All Church Ministries into my heart and developed a passion within my spirit to reach out and help. And so, I gathered some trusted individuals around me (including my Pastor, Danny Robinson of Life Fellowship Church) and we laid the ground work for developing our outreach.
What we offer is to come into your home church and get to know you and your department('s). We want to know, how your service functions, what your goals are, what is the vision God has given you. Then we'll touch on the business side the ministry how you marketing the church or department, what are you current guidlines? We want to test and see if there are any distractions, or poor representations. I guess you could say that together we will run through your services with a fine tooth comb and help you determine where simple or large changes can be made in order to facilitate growth. Then after we have run through your service, we will develop a strategy of change and present it to your group/department/staff and or volunteers. Once we have agreed on a strategy, we will also put on a private seminar for the respective department('s) teaching them the effective skills, techniques, and principles that we have gathered through our research for the growth of the ministries.
